Technical Specifications: The input is 120V/AC, 60 Hz, and the output is 16V/30 VA. When the doorbell is running, the load voltage is 16V, and the no-load voltage is approximately 18V. This is a normal situation and will not affect the usage. When testing the product, use an AC voltmeter or a multimeter to measure the output voltage value, and a voltage tester to obtain the accurate voltage output data.
